Our unmissable “Forcola Tasting Menu” consists of 5 fish-based courses. It is possible to book a table for lunch or dinner at “Sestante – Osteria di Mare” or at “Sestante Riva”. If you want to live this experience on our rooftop with a breath-taking view on Saint Mark’s basin look at “Forcola Tasting Menu on the Rooftop”.

The offer includes:
- Tuna tartare, artichokes, lemon zest, mint sauce and iced burrata
- Scallops, peas cream, basil and corn flour chips
- “Mugnaia” style ravioli, lemon aromatized sole fish, artichokes, caper powder, browned butter
- Grilled octopus, fennels, orange and ginger sauce
- HUGO dessert: white chocolate and yoghurt cream, lime sponge, prosecco and elderflower jelly, strawberry water and mint

The tasting menu is served for the whole table. It can’t be used for our Rooftop. Cancellation is kindly requested within 5 P.m. of the same day without any fee.
